Guided Relaxation
Guided relaxation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming.
This 1 hour class will start with some gentle mobility and stretches, followed by some gentle relaxation breathing exercises. I will then invite you to nestle down and get comfortable before taking you on a guided relaxation journey.
Equipment you need:
- 2 Pillows
- 1 light weight blanket
- 1 yoga / pilates mat
- Eye mask - optional
- Journal (which is gifted in your first class)
